Faulty - ALOGIC - USB-C 12-in-1 display Mini Dock MV2

I purchased a compact docking station (ALOGIC - USB-C 12-in-1 Display Mini Dock MV2) from JB Hi-Fi on February 10, 2024. Unfortunately, it ceased functioning today, February 28, 2024, resulting in a $149 loss. I'm curious if others have encountered the same issue.

Works great!

Connects quickly and everything works in Windows and Linux! I have 2 1080 hdmi monitors connected, along with keyboard, mouse, power, etc. Still working great after 1 month, unlike the previous dock.
